Christian Kapusta
Here’s a (very) small selection of work I’ve had the privilege to work on, as an UX-designer, Art Director, Creative Director and Digital/Graphic Designer:
Volvo Cars
I worked with the UX and Lead Design for several VOLVO CARS products, such as Volvo Buying Service (VBS) and Used Car Locator (UCL). The projects were large and complex and demanded a high level of structure, cross-team collaboration and an iterative process.
Ellwee
With ELLWEE, I worked on the website and digital presence, investor strategy and material as well as transforming the brand to a broader but younger audience.
Unionen
I worked on several large E-learning projects for UNIONEN as a Lead designer. My responsibilities included UX-design, Accessibility (WCAG), Concept development, Video/Animation, Integration in the Learning Management System (LMS) in Docebo, Gamification/Rollplaying and securing the overall quality with the team. The projects were high pace and demanding, so the work were dependent on great UX-design for scalability and an iterative work process, while having high accessibility requirements.
Boverket
I was responsible for designing a Custom Learning Platform, E-learning courses, Gamification and Trailer videos. The goal was to get three parties in large construction projects to unite and talk the same language. The challenge was how to take a rather bureaucratic and ”dull” subject and get the user interested and engaged.
Coop
COOP wanted a platform for Onboarding at all employee levels. The project went through several iteration until we landed the final version. I created a virtual world that was based on a planet where all the different departmant ”lived”, and were linked by a winding road. Every stop started with an intro animation where you travelled to the next stop, before being presented by a video with the CEO, department employees etc.
Alite International
Alite International work with IT and digital transformation. They had high demands in both UX-design, copy and branding, where they wanted to be seen as a company in the forefront.
Logos and Branding
I’ve done a lot of logos and branding over the years. One project that is extra close to my heart is SHARKMOB, a game company that started with only 5 people but now has over 450 employees in two countries. As a young person I was a gamer, but I could never have imagined that one day I’d be doing the logo and branding for what is now a big game company.
